Think, strawberry kisses, secret gardens and dancing around a moonlit sky in your grandmothers vintage furs. Reminiscent of a nostalgic childhood dreams, Shilla is all about mixing romantic designs with wonderful prints, to create an effortless sense of unique style.

Stamping this signature style onto every collection, designer Sunny Park has taken the brand from its humble beginnings and woven it into a label which appeals to the young girl in all of us. Born in September 2006, the brand seeks to bring together timeless glamour with aesthetically modern designs which effortlessly transpire from day to night.

The Shilla girl is feminine, vibrant and playful – she is youthful both in spirit and her sense of style. She is not guided merely by fashion trends, but seeks to interpret the very latest looks to suit her individual flair. A true romantic at heart, the Shilla girl loves all things whimsical yet modern in its appeal.

With the introduction of monthly, not seasonal releases of collections, fresh unique looks are continually introduced into the Shilla range, ensuring that the Shilla girl always stays ahead of the latest trends.

Like the ancient Korean city that Shilla shares its name with, the brand continues to grow from strength to strength, establishing a place in a selection of Australia and New Zealand's most sought after boutiques. Despite its growth, however, Park remains dedicated to ensuring that each and every piece in the Shilla range is created with the highest quality fabrics and workmanship.

Shipping

All purchases are delivered by TNT couriers, and should arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch. Any purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery of your purchase can be tracked on the TNT Courier website and requires a signature upon receipt.

All orders will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 per delivery within Australia. All product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency and include GST.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sale periods, where this may take up to 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and a do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

To ensure you receive you parcel as promptly as possible, a business hours address is required on all orders. In the event that you are unable to sign for your parcel, a courier calling card will be left. Alternatively, if you authorise the parcel be left without a signature, this request must be noted in the 'Special Instructions' section upon checking out.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges on all online orders will be accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please choose carefully when selecting garments as we only offer returns on faulty garments, rather than change of mind. Items not received within the 7 day period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed, with all tags still attached.

Please contact us at enquiries@shilla.com.au or on 1800 687 001 to obtain instructions on returning/exchanging the garment. Once the item is received and has undergone a quality control check, the new size/style will be exchanged and dispatched or a return credit given directly to the credit card used for the purchase (if a faulty return has been approved).

Please note, we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for an exchange and your own return postage costs are not refundable. Please note you are required to include a return post satchel with your return product.

Shilla takes the upmost care to ensure that all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. We strongly advise that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
